Registration

Register by February 26 to take advantage of the early-bird discounted rate ($550); registration is $600 starting February 27.  

Conference registration includes:  

  • An optional pre-conference welcome reception hosted Sunday night in the heart of Nashville, a short distance from Broadway attractions
  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and snacks on Monday and Tuesday 
  • Engaging programming centered on executive-level discussions on public safety and emergency preparedness
  • Peer-to-peer collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Networking with SEC colleagues and regional partners  

Official Conference Hotel

Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations. Sessions will primarily be held at the  JW Marriott Nashville, a premier luxury hotel in the heart of downtown. To reserve a conference rate, please use the link below. Guests will enjoy upscale accommodations, exceptional amenities, and easy access to Nashville’s most popular attractions.

Rates of $329 + tax and $35 daily destination fee which includes:

  • $20 daily food and beverage credit

  • Two daily scoops of house-made gelato crafted with locally sourced ingredients

  • Daily admission for two guests to the Johnny Cash Museum

  • Enhanced high-speed Wi-Fi access

  • Bonvoy Elite Amenity (Gold members and above): daily sweet and savory snack

 

Hotel Parking

Valet parking is available exclusively for conference attendees at the JW Marriott Nashville. Parking rates are based on length of stay and subject to change:

  • 0–2 hours: $30

  • 2–4 hours: $40

  • 4–6 hours: $50

  • 6+ hours: $62

  • Overnight parking: $62

Important Notes

  • Garage height limit: 7'2"
  • Motorcycles, buses, and trailers are not permitted in the JW Marriott garage 
  • Valet parking is the only on-site parking option
