The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) is the official repository for all criminal incident reports in Davidson County, including reports filed by the Vanderbilt University Police Department. To request a copy of a police report, please contact the MNPD Central Records Division.

Traffic Crash Reports

The Tennessee Department of Safety & Homeland Security is the official repository for all traffic crash reports in the state, including reports filed by the Vanderbilt University Police Department. To request a copy of a crash report, please contact the State.

All Other Reports

For all other requests, please complete the Police Records Request Form.
